No Cancellations After Order Assignment

Due to the exclusive nature of Supreme Male and our commitment to freshness and quality, we produce daily batches using ingredients pulled fresh from climate-controlled storage immediately upon order assignment.

Your order is assigned to a production batch within 15-60 minutes of placement.

Once assigned, your allocated ingredients are removed from our fresh storage vault and cannot be returned. At this point, cancellations are no longer possible.

Why This Policy Exists

Supreme Male contains premium, natural ingredients including Pure Himalayan Shilajit. To ensure maximum potency and freshness, we store ingredients in climate-controlled, sealed environments until the moment they're needed.

All production is done manually to maintain the highest quality standards. This means:

Each gummy is carefully formulated by hand
No mass-production machinery that compromises ingredient integrity
Every batch receives individual attention and quality control
Production takes longer, but quality is never sacrificed

When your order is assigned to a daily production batch:

Your specific ingredient quantities are removed from fresh storage
They're immediately allocated to your batch
Once removed, they cannot be returned to storage (contamination risk)
Manual production begins with these fresh ingredients

This process ensures:

However, this also means once your ingredients are pulled from storage (15-60 minutes after order placement), your order cannot be cancelled.
