We stand behind SupremeMale completely. If you have used our product consistently for 90 days and are not satisfied with your results, contact our customer service team at info@suprememale.com and we will review your case.
To be eligible, your claim must be submitted between day 90 and day 120 from your original order date. Claims submitted before day 90 or after day 120 will not be eligible. All claims are subject to review and handled at SupremeMale's sole discretion. Limit one claim per household per order.
Unless the return is due to our error, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Our return address is provided upon approval only. To request a return, contact us at info@suprememale.com. Once your return is approved in writing, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Do not send any items back without first receiving written approval and a return address from our team. Unapproved returns will not be processed or refunded.
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@suprememale.com within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it at our discretion.
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at info@suprememale.com.
